I got to interview Josh Simons, the CEO & co-founder of Vampr, the world’s largest and most active social-professional network for musicians!

Recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies in 2022, Vampr is home to over one million users worldwide. Vampr is created for musicians and made by musicians to support musicians. Its primary mission is to help musicians of all genres create their community in its ecosystem.

Vampr shares each user’s expertise and a social media interface with an easy swipe left/right function to connect with others. As many of us are frequent users of social media, we realize that many social network sites only offer one or two unique features to their users: Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Thumbtack, etc.; moreover, they do not interconnect to one another. So, you must be on multiple platforms constantly to create, sustain, and thrive in your career as a musician. Finally, Vampr created a solution for musicians – it combines features of all other platforms: Connect, Collaborate, Control, Learn, and Discover.

On its platform, you can collaborate with like-minded musicians and find a publicist, graphic designer, videographer, or copyright expert, for example, while promoting your music by uploading your videos and music just like any other social media platform. Vampr is creating a village for all musicians! Josh is a successful artist, songwriter & producer who has toured for many years. So, with his extensive experience as a professional musician, he has a lot of credit for being the groundbreaker in the industry by creating something unique and timely to help fellow musicians. So, you do not want to miss this episode to hear what Vampr offers and how its platform helps and supports fellow musicians like us!
